Latest version of Domino – Version 8.5.3

The eagerly awaited new release of Domino has arrived in the form of 8.5.3.  This maintenance release fixes over 1206 reported SPR issues, but also brings new features and functionality to both Domino and the Notes client.  Additionally, there is a new version of Traveler, the mobile solution for Notes.

Quality Programme Update

Earlier this year, we announced our decision to invest in the reinvigoration of our Quality programme. This was in direct response to some service issues we had started to experience as a result of our growth over the past few years. In the Spring, we carried out a benchmark survey to establish a level of overall Customer satisfaction the results of which were published in our last e-newsletter.
