Changes are afoot in the world of Lotus. IBM are talking about re-branding, and their focus seems to be firmly in Social Software. However, Notes/Domino is still a popular Mail and Application platform.

One of the first steps to increasing options as a Notes/Domino user is to web-enable your Notes Applications. Key in choosing the best approach, is to select a platform that increases your options, as opposed to reducing them.

Customer survey benchmark results - Variation is the enemy!

In May of this year, Time Technology conducted a benchmark customer satisfaction survey as a feeder into the re-energising of our Quality programme.

Managed Distribution

We can confirm that on 27th April,Time Technology were approved by IBM to re-sell Lotus Notes/Domino software. This programme (SVP) went live for these products on 1st May 2011, meaning that orders can only be placed by authorised partners
