Pilot Implementation - Fixed price of £6,400
Our UC pilot offering is designed to provide a relatively low cost 'toe in the water' approach to Unified Communications. There are no software costs, and since we can provision parts of the solution in the Cloud, hardware costs should be minimal, if any. We can deliver the following key capabilities as part of this solution:
- Secure instant Messaging
- Presence awareness of other employees/team members
- On-line meetings with Audio Visual
- Click to dial integration with your PABX (we can integrate with most VOIP based PABX)
The solution is based on a 3 server model, virtual or other, which operates perfectly adequately for a pilot but not for a live implementation. As such, if you decide to proceed with moving to a live instance of UC, we will need to 'rip and replace' the pilot. However, it remains a good option for businesses that are not clear as to how the business will react to this exciting functionality.
Foundation Implementation - Fixed price of £9,750
Our UC Foundation offering is designed to start organisations on a Unified Communications roadmap. The fixed price does not include software or hardware costs. These will vary significantly depending on the size of the customer, extent of the implementation (# of users) and existing hardware capability. We can deliver the following key capabilities as part of this solution:
- Secure instant Messaging
- Presence awareness of other employees/team members
- On-line meetings with Audio Visual
- Click to dial integration with your PABX (we can integrate with most VOIP based PABX)
The solution is based on a 5 server model, virtual or other, which is IBM's minimum recommended specification for a live implementation. We will integrate with your PABX, and obviously your mail client (Notes or Outlook) in this solution, but not any other systems. If you decide to enhance this implementation in the future i.e. integration with Video Conferencing, or applications, then this solution will act as a viable base for you to build on.
Custom Implementation - Fixed price as needed
Our UC Custom offering is a fully customised implementation of IBM's Unified Communications solution set, along with any integration that you need to realise the full potential of this technology. We can deliver the following key capabilities as part of this solution:
- Secure instant Messaging
- Presence awareness of other employees/team members
- On-line meetings with Audio Visual
- Click to dial integration with your PABX (we can integrate with most VOIP based PABX)
- Existing Video Conference system integration (we can integrate in to most professional video conference systems)
- Application enhancement and integration (presence awareness and click to dial)
This solution will be designed and built specifically for your environment as part of a professionally managed project. We can fix price the solution once we have carried out initial scoping and requirements gathering exercises.
