Time Technology Ltd (TT) and Hadleigh Marshall International Ltd (HMI) have today agreed terms for the acquisition of HMI's business by TT.
From immediate effect, Wyn Evans, the Managing Director of HMI will represent the interests of TT in insuring that the strong client relationships that HMI have built over 17 years of trading, are smoothly transitioned into TT's client portfolio.
Over the years, HMI have positioned themselves as one of the premium suppliers of services and product in the arena of Lotus Document Management, such that, in the late 1990's they were the biggest provider of training services on Lotus Domino.doc in Europe. More recently they developed Lotus connectors for the e-Copy suite of document scanning products.
Time Technology have also built a strong reputation within the Lotus Document Management arena over the past 8 years, but have also become leading providers of services and product to the broader Lotus community needs. 'the acquisition makes a lot of strategic sense for Time Technology' said Managing Director, Peter Skeffington, 'we have been working with HMI over the past few years, and are well positioned to continue servicing their Document Management client base, whilst being able to bring our broader set of Lotus skills and offerings to the table as well'.
