Essential Business Software (EBS) are launching their new Smart Software Portfolio on January 1st, 2010. To celebrate this launch, any customer that is under a support and maintenance agreement on any current EBS product as at 31st January 2010 will receive a Rewards Certificate.
This Rewards Certificate will entitle you to deploy any one of the new Smart Software Portfolio solutions on a Live Trial basis for effectively as long as you like, with the only cost incurred being Development Level Support.
This means absolutely no license cost, no deployment service costs and no training costs!
The offer details
At any point during the first 36 months of the Live Trial a customer may elect to convert to a fully licensed purchase of the system and receive a 75% credit of any support moneys paid OR, they may simply walk away with no further cost or obligation.
Furthermore, should any Live Trial run for a full 36 months then a further option becomes available to extend the Trial for a further two years, still just paying Development Level Support, at the end of which the client will automatically receive a full license to the application at no additional charge.
Customers who already have a current support & maintenance contract in place will be receiving their certificates during December 2009. Any organisation that is using an EBS solution but who do not currently have a Support & Maintenance contract in place should contact Time Technology for individual contract reinstatement terms. Advantageous terms will be offered during December, 2009 such that as many of the EBS customer base as possible may take advantage of this valuable offer.
Please note that customers may use the Rewards certificate as a means of 'Transferring' their current EBS Software License into an equivalent license for one of the Smart Software Portfolio applications, thereby protecting their investment.
