We have a range of offerings that enable our customers to transfer day-to-day related management responsibility for specific elements of their IT environment to us - a strategic solution delivering more effective and efficient operations in their business.
In practical terms, this can take the form of outsourcing all, or some, of the following:

- Infrastructure and/or application support
- Server administration and management
- Server provision and external hosting
Customers typically choose these services depending on the size and nature of the business (i.e geographic spread), the size and skillset of the IT function and the strategic positioning of Lotus technology in the organization. Our experience is that more and more IT functions are looking to work with a specialist service provider such as Time Technology in order to increase their flexibility, business service levels and their ability to add value to the business.
